WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Product Marketing for Combines, Specialty Harvesters, Hay and Forage is responsible for implementing marketing activities that will promote and lead the sales of products that are under responsibility.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Definition of products specifications to be offered to customers
(Product offering, creation of standard cards based on input of Marketing EMEA)
- Market Intelligence, competition and trends, including to contribute to the development of sales forecasts
- Coordination with field sales team and Product Marketing EMEA to define and implement the marketing plan of products
- Supply inputs to the Marketing team EMEA to ensure that product development teams understand the specific requirements
- Support the preparation of commercial training material.
- Specification/positioning of new products
- Investigation of competitors' offering with benchmarking and analysis
- Support achievement of Market Targets
- Annual Marketing Plan development
- Products under responsibility: To develop strategic marketing plans for a product line through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement and business planning.
Fully responsible for the new product introduction process within the marketing organization.
In his/her position, will interact with customers, dealers, market teams, communication, pricing, training and the global marketing team.
- Coordination of events dedicated to products under responsibility
- Coordination of central training activities for MEA region.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education / Requirements_
- Agricultural/engineering background degree or equivalent education
- Extensive knowledge of agricultural products under responsibility / understanding of agronomy
- Knowledge of precision farming and telematics
- Perfect English Knowledge (2nd language / French or Arabic is an important plus)
- Willingness to travel to the countries in the region
- Skills_
- Good communication, interpersonal, intercultural skills
- Enthusiasm for role and activity
- Proactivity
- Preferred_
- Previous experience in emerging markets
- Practical knowledge of CNH industrial companies and processes
