Marketing Manager - Product

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understand and study the products to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert.

- Implement local product strategies and launches for our Electrification Products to meet business Team objectives and be in line with global product strategy.

- Deploy Solution new approach in line with Business Unit perspective.

- Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales of respective products/solutions.

- Listen and understand existing customer and market needs by visiting customers and supporting them to implement ABB s products/solutions.

- Leverage Digital and Modern Marketing opportunities and plans to generate new leads and business opportunities.

- Work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view.

**Your background**:

- A bachelor or master degree in Engineering or Economics.

- At least 3/4 years of experience in Product Marketing specialist, Project Manager or similar.

- Fluent English and Italian.

- Good knowledge of Office package (Excel in particular).

- Able to prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration.

- Interested in, even enthusiast, about marketing and digital sales channels.

Strong interest for innovative business.

- A team-player.
