Write the next chapter of your ABB story. Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will implement product marketing strategies in the assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with the global product strategy.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Power Low Voltage Systems Italy.
You will be mainly accountable for:Implementing the assigned area/segment product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed, focusing on achievement of orders and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Executing the annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Division/Product Groups and preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market. Coordinating market analyses with Sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans.
Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions, and competitor data. Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s). Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Salesperson and facilitating know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. Qualifications for the roleYou are skilled in Electrical distribution and have good knowledge of industry segments like Oil Gas, Power Utilities, and Data Centers. You have at least 5 years of experience. You are passionate about teamwork and have a marketing attitude. You are at ease communicating in English and Italian. Availability to travel in Italian Territory 20, 000 km/year. What's in it for you?
