Working within the Electrification, Distribution Solution Local Division in Dalmine, Italy you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy for medium voltage indoor and outdoor apparatus local product group.
You will coordinate sales support activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.
**This position reports to**:
Product Marketing Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities.
- Support sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them.
- Define appropriate forecasts and prepare business/marketing plans focused on business development and meet budgets assigned for the area, in term of order / revenues and profitability.
- Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies.
- Drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team and Customers.
**Your background**:
- Preferred Degree in Electrical / Energy / Management Engineering, however a Degree in Economics and Marketing will also be taken into consideration.
- Preferred + 2 years of experience in product sales marketing.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of a second foreign language will be a plus.
- Availability for business travel (about 20% of working time).
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
