This position reports to: Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will support product marketing strategies in line with global products and solutions strategy to meet business objectives.
Starting from a deep technical knowledge of products (Drives and PLC), solutions and applications, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales Organization to successfully deliver segment-specific and application-specific value propositions to the market.
In this role you will:
Provide support in defining the customer value proposition and communicate it to the target segments, both internal and external.
Drive sales efficiency by ensuring every salesperson possesses appropriate knowledge of the existing value proposition and offering.
Provide support in the production of technical and promotional material for market development.
Conduct competitor products and solution analysis, understanding key differentiation points and long-term trends.
Track and provide management with market research and analysis results, informing them of identified new growth opportunities or existing gaps.
Share product-related and market-related information within the organization through relevant presentations, dashboards, etc.
Support annual marketing & communication plan development and execution, ensuring consistency between business needs and marketing activities.
Qualifications for the role: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in industrial automation.
Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of Industrial Automation Products, with a specific focus on Drives, Motors, and PLC products.
Knowledge of B2B marketing in an international and multi-channel environment.
Strategic thinking and customer focus.
Personal leadership and strong result orientation.
Strong ability to relate to all stakeholders, internally and externally.
A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
