**Your responsibilities**:
- Understand and study the products to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert
- Implement local product strategies and launches for our Electrification Products to meet business Team objectives and be in line with global product strategy.
- Deploy Solution new approach in line with Business Unit perspective

- Deploy Solution new approach in line with Business Unit perspective.
- Implement all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products/solutions
- Listen and understand existing customer and market needs by visiting customers and supporting them to implement ABB's products/solutions
- Leverage Digital and Modern Marketing opportunities and plans to generate new leads and business opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view.
**Your background**:
- 3+ years of experience as Product Marketing specialist, Project Manager or similar as preferred
- You hold a bachelor or master degree in business engineering or economics;
- technical background (a master degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred
- You speak fluent English
- Your ability to understand customer needs will be crucial for your success.
- You have personal leadership and are an excellent team player, with good analytical and data management skills.
- You are able to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes both in Italian and English;
- You are capable to prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration
- You are interested in, even enthusiast about marketing and digital sales channels
- You have an operative knowledge of Web Analytics instruments;
- You are a team-player;
- You have a strong interest for innovative business;
- You are able to see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals.
- You are able to reason with an user-centered approach: you will be ask to detect the target's need and translate it into a strategy.
