**About Our Project

Innovamat is an educational project that revolutionizes the learning of Mathematics.

We transform the classroom to excite, motivate and stimulate boys and girls, promoting meaningful learning.

To achieve this, we offer schools quality resources, manipulative material, teacher training, a self-adaptive and self-correcting gamified platform and personalized advice.

In other words, we work to make Math accessible and exciting, providing our students with the tools they need to confront the world around us with a critical mind.

**Innovamat's community

We are a network of more than 270 people who are passionate about teaching, Mathematics and technology.

All this combined has caused us to reach more than 1, 200 schools, which is more than 210, 000 students and 12, 000 teachers.

We started in Barcelona, but we have managed to reach schools throughout the state territory, Latin America and Italy.

**Your mission at Innovamat

- Develop a deep understanding of the K-12 landscape in your Region: competitors, clients and other stakeholders.

- Help localize and generate new contents targeting the customers in your region.

- Connect with local schools to produce success case studies.

- Connect with local event organizers and support our event strategy in your region.

- Connect with local influencers in the K-12 Education space.

**What do we look for in you?

- You have a degree in Journalism or Business.

- You have at least 1 year of product marketing experience, ideally in the K-12 Education industry.

- You have experience developing though-leadership content.

- You are an insights-driven, detail-oriented and thorough marketer obsessed with deeply understanding your customers, their motivations and pain-points.

- Excellent writing, communication and negotiating skills.

- Excellent organization, project management and problem-solving skills.

And above all. . . a desire to change the world and have fun!

**The Selection Process

Our 30-45 minute conversation will give you more background on Innovamat, the role, and what you can expect of your experience at Innovamat.

Moreover, we will focus on knowing about your experience and understanding the fit to our values.

**Technical Step** - conducted by the hiring team.

You will be sent a technical exercise to prepare it and comment on it during the interview.

This step will focus on hard skills and domain knowledge required for the role.

This usually takes 60 minutes.

**Final interview** - if you arrive here, that means you are probably our finalist.

During this meeting, you will meet the last person responsible for the area for a final check and to negotiate conditions.
