At** Grupo Planeta** we are looking for a new member to join our growing Academic team of our **Rome Business School** as **Product Marketing Specialist **who is willing to work in an international environment, based in Rome, who speaks Italian and English well and who loves the **educational sector**.

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Program Improvement Process (Organization & Management)

- Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with all school's departments and stakeholders (Faculty, Program Directors, students) to develop or improve programs, through leadership, team building and collaboration

- Reviews applicable procedures, researches issues, analyzes institutional data, and makes recommendations for process improvement.

- Program Design & Value Proposition

- Internal Product Knowledge Training & Development

- Competitors Benchmarking analysis

- Process management of program activities like Business practice lab, Company shadowing

- Management of the Corporate Advisory Board: members, activities and events

- Graduation ceremony (organization and delivery)

- Bachelor/Master in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Finance, International relations, Languages.

- Experience in the design, development and improvement of academic programs.

- Relevant experience in the educational sector, educational consultancy, in academic roles.
