Working within the Electrification - Distribution Solution Local in Dalmine, Italy - you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy for medium voltage indoor and outdoor apparatus local product group.

You will coordinate sales support activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.

**This position reports to**:

Marketing Manager - Product

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities.

- Support sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them.

- Define appropriate forecasts and preparing business/marketing plans focused on business development and meet budgets assigned for the area, in term of order/revenues and profitability.

- Evaluate and sharing customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies.

- Drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team and Customers.

**Your background**:

- Preferred Degree in electrical/energy/management engineering, economical and marketing field will be taken in consideration as well.

- Preferred + 2 years of experience in product sales marketing.

- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.

- Fluency in English, other languages will be considered a plus.

- Available for travel for 20% of the time.

- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
