This position reports to EL Product Marketing Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives.
Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products.
You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.
The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the ABB's digital transformation both in terms of internal digital culture and supporting the shift from a product-oriented-only approach, to a solution-and-value-oriented proposition that better satisfies market needs and can increase market share You will be mainly accountable for: • Implementing local product strategies and launches for our Electrification Products to meet business Team objectives and be in line with global product strategy.
• Implementing all marketing activities, and support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products/solutions.
• Understanding and studing the products to be the referral and trusted point of contact for the local sales organization as skilled product expert.
• Listening and understanding existing customer and market needs by visiting customers and supporting them to implement ABB's products/solutions.
• Leverage Digital and Modern Marketing opportunities and plans to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Deploing Solution new approach in line with Business Unit perspective and work closely with Marketing and Communication team for activities related to the market segment, create marketing documentation and support customers for a technical point of view.
Qualifications for the role You hold a bachelor or master degree in business engineering or economics, technical background (a master degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred.
You are capable to prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration.
In addition, you are interested in, even enthusiast about marketing and digital sales channels and you are able to see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals.
