Product Operations Manager

**Description**:
We are looking for an experienced **Product Operations Manager** that will manage the Product organization and lead it to be **lean, productive**, and able to meet the company's objectives, through fundamental principles such as **listening, dialogue** and expertise; this responsibility must be articulated in seamless cooperation with the technical direction governed by the CTO and the human leadership supervised by the CPO.
Product Operations Manager will be directly supervised by the COO and supported by the entire THRON managerial line.

**What you will do**:
- Give you the flexibility to determine what you'll need to accomplish your targets;
- Create company processes to streamline product development;
- Identify **metrics** and track them to **analyze** the **performance** of business areas according to the company's most important objectives;
- Fostering the creation of specific objectives linked to quantifiable results;
- Manage the tools being used by teams (for road mapping, prototyping, etc. )
ensuring proper adherence to people's actual needs;
- Identify blocks, foster change, and assess risk;
- **Communicate with people**, care about their growth, provide feedback, coaching, and address critical issues such as team performance;
- Communicate with Product stakeholders, distilling information into a useful context for the team.

- The right technical knowledge to understand your colleagues.
**Experience**:
- Be familiar with** Agile principles** and have already applied them in SaaS companies;
- Previous work experience as a Product Owner or Engineering Manager can help as it gave you the right feel for the topics and tools useful for this position;
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is essential;
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus that will ease your onboarding with other areas of the Company.
