Your role: We are looking for a Product Operations Planning Specialist who will join the Global Planning and Product Control Team of the global R&D Department.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual, that will be part of Product Planning Operation Team, taking care of Special Projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for detailed planning and synchronization of the various phases of the product development flow, ensuring that all activities are aligned and completed on schedule In this role you will coordinate the activities considering the different milestone and exception that need highlight for follow the milestone agreed.

Main responsibilities:  •    Provide regular status reports on project progress to executives and stakeholders •    Database management and improvement •    Coordinate and synchronize the various phases of the product development process •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all activities are aligned with project objectives  •    Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary •    Identify and resolve any issues that may impact product delivery timelines •    Mid-term planning  •     Develop and manage detailed project plans   Main requirements: •     You do not see problems, you just see solutions •     Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field •     Experience in planning and managing product development projects •     You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously •     You have at least 3/5 years of experience in a similar role •     Software Proficiency: Knowledge of relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other product planning software.

•     Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other departments, You excel in team work and feel comfortable in being within team dynamics •     Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing data having an excellent mindset on translate them in report •     If you have experience with SAP, this would be a plus •     Power-BI would be a plus as well •     You are fluent in Italian and English •     You are available to move abroad if there's the chance   What's in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
