**Job Summary

**Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the development and release calendars, ensuring that the release cadence runs efficiently from sprint launch to release go-to-market.

- Work closely with Business Intelligence Analysts to maximize data insights on product decisions.

- Manage CoreVoice, CoreView's customer feedback tracking system.

- Manage Pendo, CoreView's system for Product Analytics, In-App Support, and NPS.

- Monitoring Customer and internal forums, to ensure that questions are being addressed in a timely manner.

- Manage translations and other product content.

- Managing the Customer escalation and triage process

- Establishing and improving artifact templates for use in the Product Development lifecycle, from design sprints to business cases, to sales and marketing enablement documents.

- Generally, look to continuously improve the product development process and evolve processes as the team grows.

**Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Project management, structured problem-solving, and analysis skills combined with excellent business acumen.

- Knowledge and experience in product management principles, Beta programs, software development lifecycle, release management, and agile methodology.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability to implement standard methodologies and generate high-quality business results.

- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership.

- Experience in product management tools, especially UserVoice, Pendo, Azure DevOps or similar

- Excellent written and verbal communication
