**The role

We are now looking for a talented Product Owner to be part of one of our development teams.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of digital products, understanding the business needs and coordinating and supporting your team to achieve business objectives

**Activities**:

- Translating product requirements into plain recommendations, Epics, User and Enabler stories that will be used by the design and engineering teams to build and improve the product.

- Holding content authority over User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring the development team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.

- Defining acceptance criteria, articulating customer requirements and needs and validating that each iteration or sprint in the release cycle meets those needs.

- Supporting your team in driving the development of product feature and functionality

- Understanding market trends, competition, and discovering what users need by conducting user research

- Managing the Product Backlog and prioritizing the items

- Understanding the potential and development of our product

- Projects delivery and budget supervision

- Agile coaching

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, driving growth in a digital product company

- Ability to lead a team, drive consensus and understanding of business value around features/functions

- Knowledge of the Agile Scrum culture

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: you're comfortable moderating discussion in your team, communicating goals, vision, priorities and showcasing different problems with the aim and passion for finding pragmatic and smart solutions

- Concreteness and ability to ground ideas

- Ability to create a friendly, cooperative and challenging environment within your team
