Randstad Digital Talent Services, the specialized division of Randstad Italia focused on recruiting, selecting, and training ICT professionals, is hiring on behalf of a prestigious international Software House operating across nine countries.

The company specializes in developing software and management systems for the pharmaceutical sector and is seeking an experienced:Location: Remote positionTravel Requirements: Availability to travel within Italy and abroad (Germany, Düsseldorf area) for 3-4 days per month. Your Role:Reporting directly to the French Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project progress, assessing the impact of technical solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives. What We Offer:Direct employment with the Software House under the Metalworking collective bargaining agreement;Gross annual salary up to €70K (based on experience);Company car rental available when necessaryKey Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate complex IT projects with a focus on delivering solutions on time and within scope. Evaluate and analyze the impact of technical solutions and proposed changes. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Requirements:Proven experience in project management of complex IT initiativesStrong background working with Microsoft technologies (C#, . NET)Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or other)Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)Nice to Have:Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
