**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

The **Product Owner** will have the task of realizing product requirements, carrying out benchmark analyses, testing and maintaining the welfare platform, and liaising with the various company teams with a view to business development.

- Collect and translate customer requirements into Epic and User Stories, defining the MVP, the product evolution priorities concerning the different functionalities to be implemented (product backlog), the objectives and acceptance criteria

- Determining, constructing, and updating the product roadmap and following its path about both business and technological changes

- Plan releases and sprints and manage Scrum ceremonies

- Present activities to management and internal and external stakeholders

**Education & Experience**:

- +3 years of previous experience in the role and in project management and delivery activities

- Knowledge of Agile methodology and the SCRUM framework

- Knowledge of the Jira management tool

- Knowledge of the English language

- Experience in collaborating on user experience activities

- Plus: previous experience in e-commerce, welfare, B2B contexts
