JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The PO works to improve and analyze the Leonardo LMS platform and system workflows.

Together with the platform manager, the PO addresses business/technical problems to develop new features and improve the existing ones.

Moreover, PO will help the platform manager define the product roadmap to address the business strategy and maximize the user experience.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

- Define the key activities of the development team/s based on the product roadmap

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements

- Create product incremental developments with business values to define priorities

- Build and re-prioritize the work and development backlog when organizational priorities change to ensure maximum value delivery

- Monitor and measure success of new product features through analytical tools

- Manage feedback of user engagement to optimize future product development

- Follow the industry and market developments to propose new innovation

- Together with UI/UX he defines stakeholder/personas and involves them in the product lifecycle

- Ongoing research and understanding of customer needs, developing knowledge and insight to be seen as a valued business partner

- Conduct research on industry best practices, standards, and other market data
