THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN MILAN, MADRID, LONDON, PARIS, DUSSELDORF, WARSAWAbout the roleThe core objective of this role being part of the C&CE CoE team is to partner with the divisions in EMEA to develop and improve tools and processes to support Sales and Marketing teams. Your Responsibilities will include:Program and Project coordination:Support BSC divisional sales in designing solutions to support the business. Manage delivery of projects and coordinate with divisional stakeholdersEnsure there is a consistent approach & methodology established for program and project management with best practice tools and processesOwn and update the RACI matrix and the RAID log and ensure timely reminders to CoE team and its stakeholders and vendorsRegularly review progress to check if the project management methodology is being correctly usedEnsure there is Divisional and Functional alignment around the Business strategyPrepare and present all updates for leadership, CoE team, divisional stakeholders, external vendors and other functionsRelate with other Product Owner and align constantly with the Product Owners CoordinatorTechnology Expert:Identify the right technologies and propose new tech projects to improve and automate business strategiesWork with IS and technology vendors to optimize and converge infrastructure and platformsContinually evaluate and improve these tools ensuring they are easy to use and that they deliver value to our customers and to BSCOwn the Business Requirement Gathering process and content for all technical projects supporting Business – both from divisions as well as from the CoEBridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE and IS departmentSupport technology integration and data managementWork in close coordination with the IS department, technology vendors and Global project teams to roll out technology project implementations smoothlyWhat are we looking for in you? Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or other related technical field)Senior level: 5 years onwards of relevant experience in similar roles within structured environmentA seasoned, experienced professional with wide-ranging experience and expertise in a specialized field. Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
