The Project

Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world.

We have a multi-national team developing the world's first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it!

The Role

You will work with CTO and CDO to define the roadmap, organize milestones for Zuru Home Energy efficiency module.

You will build a new team from scratch to work on challenging tasks and you will be part from the beginning in the building of this new module.

**Responsibilities**:

- You are expected to create the first MVP (or PoC) version of the software Energy Plus module

- Develop a roadmap and align it to strategic goals

- Lead an autonomous team

- Manage an expanding project

- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, UX Designers and engineering.

- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Civil/Structural/Electrical/Energy Engineering or Architecture.

Passion for the construction field

- Experience in energy efficiency design and certifications

- Customer first, design-thinking mindset.

- Comprehend complex systems at a blink and always have a "great idea".

- Passion for User Experience and software design

- Passion for technology.

- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

- Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator.

- Outstanding English - C1 level
