Role Purpose

He/Her will be integrated in the Digital Experience & Product Structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning and co-ordination of all activities related to managing Front-end, Back-end/Back

- office (OMS) activities of the Business outcome

- Coordinating with the different stakeholders in order to agree on a release plan

- Facilitate pre-production and production environment requirements by coordinating with E

- commerce Operations teams

- Validate the release test activities

- Coordinate with IT team to empower bringing the new Salesforce Platform features into

production

- Build all of his/her activities into the overall Strategic Programme plan and track progress

- Support e-commerce Merchandising team to use correctly the Salesforce functionality and

Logistic team for the new implementations

Skills And Experience

- Strong Project / Programme Management background

- Seniority equal to 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role

- Previous e-commerce related experience within a Company (preferably in large-scale

distribution)

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

- Result-oriented, proactive and spirit of initiative

- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

- Good comprehension of business logics and needs

- Good command of both Italian and English language

- Knowledge of Agile practices

- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group

discussions and explain complex solutions
