Product Owner Loyalty

- We are currently looking for an exceptional Product Owner for Loyalty who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe. _
- The Product Owner for Loyalty will be a vital member of the EU Digital Platforms Team.
This role will collaborate closely with other Product Owners, including those responsible for the Mobile App (Coca-Cola App), Website, Analytics, and CRM and with our Coca-Cola stakeholders.
The Product Owner for Loyalty will focus on delivering an exceptional always-on loyalty program designed to accelerate consumer data acquisition, increase consumer retention, and drive key transactional KPIs. _

Your main responsibilities:_
- **_ Loyalty Program Ownership: _**_Help crafting and execute the long-term strategy for the pan-European always-on loyalty program, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering a sustainable value exchange to consumers. _
- **_ Stakeholder Coordination:_**_ Primary POC between cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program development and ongoing collaboration. _
- **_ Market Coordination:_**_ Primary POC for market system teams to support local implementation plans, securing resources, ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating new requirements gathering process. _
- **_ Routine Management:_**_ Establish and manage routines to track and monitor project milestones, identifying any potential roadblocks or delays.
Proactively push for progress and facilitate issue resolution to maintain progress. _
- **_ Documentation and Reporting: _**_Maintain project documentation (e. g.
plans, timelines, meeting minutes).
Secure up-to-date progress summaries on project status and KPIs. _
- **_ Continuous Improvement:_**_ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure lessons learned from the pilot are documented and communicated for future reference. _
- **_ Knowledge transfer:_**_ Compile and share best practices across EU markets and beyond, support scaled implementation of successful pilots and use cases. _
- **_ Central partnerships and rewards' acquisition:_**_ Coordinate with cross-country partners and vendors to deliver central reward system offering, both physical and experiential, to ensure successful and sustainable value exchange to consumers. _

Qualifications and Skills:_
- _ Proven experience as a Project Manager or Agile Product Owner or in a similar role within market operations, digital platforms or loyalty programs. _
- _ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a can-do approach. _
- _ Exceptional stakeholder management. _
- _ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. _
- _ Experience in working with remote teams. _
- _ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. _
- _ Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. _
- _ Passion for data-driven decision-making and consumer-centric solutions. _

You will be employed by Konecta Group or our local 3rd party employment partner who will be responsible for all aspects related to the employment contract and relationship.
