**Position Summary

Are you a talented IS/IT Product Owner ready to join Nestlé's Connectivity, Voice and Conferencing Services team in Milan, Italy?

We need you to perform studies, to help to define the technological directions, to support the delivery and the sustainability of Monitoring Platform for Connectivity Product.

**A day in the life of IS/IT Product Owner - Monitoring & Automation

- Provide deep specialist guidance and support in the Monitoring&Automation area

- Support the integration of solutions with various technologies

- Deliver technical activities (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives

- Make recommendations on improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of Monitoring&Automation products

- Provide technical expertise to the product team, translating business vision into technical vision

- Participate in the development and review of standards, documentation, and methods of working

- Perform preliminary and detailed systems specifications

- Ensure solution operational readiness and define global procedures and processes for operations

- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements

- Collaborate with IS/IT Innovation Managers, Product Managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts

- Assist in resolving complex technical problems and investigating root causes

- Provide guidance, directions, and technical support to product teams

- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback

**What will make you successful

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

- Experience with monitoring platforms such as **Solarwinds Orion, Cisco ThousandEyes, Microfocus OpsBridge, Grafana, LiveAction, Netbrain, Nagios, Zabbix, LibreNMS**:

- Deep knowledge of protocols like **SNMP, NetFlow, WMI, Syslog, Telemetry, API**:

- Knowledge of at least one programming language**:C++, Phyton, Ruby, JavaScript, Go, PowerShell, Shell Scripting**:

- Knowledge of at least one of the following open source utilities**:Docker, Vagrant, Ansible, Puppet, Git, and Jenkins** is considered as a plus

- Experience with integration of monitoring platforms with ITSM tools (e. g. , ServiceNow)

- Certification in corresponding technical fields (e. g. , Cisco CCNA, CCNP, LPIC-1, LPIC-2) is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams

- Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies and IS/IT standards and controls

- Excellent analytical and technical skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
