BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Munich and to be involved in international projects for an important client in the insurance field.

**Product Owner - Munich Area**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

Define and regularly update the vision and high-level roadmap for the product in close alignment with various stakeholders across multiple hierarchical levels;

Break down the roadmap into clearly expressive epics and, together with the team, further into user stories and tasks;

Actively maintain and prioritize the product backlog according to the customer value while considering the requirements of various stakeholders;

Work closely with the DevOps team and ensure that they understand the backlog Items to the needed level;

Identify trends and opportunities affecting the product and take them into account in the product backlog;

Collaborate on release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities towards stakeholders;

Interact regularly with other product owners on common topics across multiple products (e. g.

to align on common challenges);

Work closely with the scrum master and/or agile coaches to create high-value and high-quality products by establishing continuous improvement cycles and focusing on relevant key performance indicators (KPI) and team velocity.

**Key Skills**:

Project Management experience of 3-5 years;

Advanced use of MS Office package;

Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is considered a plus;

Excellent communication skill in English;

Basic knowledge of cloud services AWS / Azure;

Agile Product Owner / Scrum Master certification is a nice to have;

Work Permit for Germany is required.
