We are looking for a motivated and driven Product Owner who will help us to build new products and services to enable and scale our global business excellence.

You will join a growing, cross-functional and product-focused team and own its product development.

The product is being used by various internal business stakeholders across the globe and has a profound impact on our vision to provide green and affordable mobility to everyone.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

- Together with the team, you develop a product vision, goals, and a strategy to achieve them

- Work with a diverse group of stakeholders based in our headquarters as well as users in our local offices around the globe to align on expectations and opportunities

- Build a bridge between the product team and the users, without being a proxy

- Identify use cases that enable internal users and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives

- Develop a deep understanding of the business development domain and, above all, of your product(s)

- Communicate the complexity of the product in an intuitive way to non-experts and stakeholders

- Support adoption of our new product and the ensuing changes to business processes

- Define success criteria to measure your product's impact on the users and their work

- You own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision and business priorities

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

With your innovative mindset, you embrace uncertainty and get excited about building a completely new product.

- You bring 3+ years of professional experience as a product owner, ideally of a data product

- You have worked closely with business stakeholders in the past

- You are able to find consent in an environment where different stakeholders have different requirements

- You have strong analytical and abstract thinking skills and are not afraid of formulas

- You have a curious mindset and continuously challenge the status quo to never stop innovating

- You are a strong communicator with excellent English fluency

- You have profound interpersonal and negotiation skills

- You leverage analytics to spot and evaluate product opportunities

- You are a true team-player, full of empathy and intuition
