Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world.

We have a multi-national team developing the world's first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it!.

In Italy we're the Software Development HQ, here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM software meant for the general public, architects and engineers, from here anyone can buy, design and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom.

**The Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner of digital products to join our PO Team to lead and deliver top notch desktop and online services experiences.

This product owner will guide the design, development, and delivery of our BIM software web functionalities and work with engineers and designers to build a durable strategy and roadmap.

This is a unique opportunity to improve Zuru Home desktop experience and make it an easy, intuitive and powerful product for an ever-evolving digital way to design, buy and build constructions.

**Our web functionalities include some of the software most important parts, like**:

- Cloud architectural blueprints store

- Online professionals community and directory

- Chat and notifications system

- Buildings pricing, cart and shop

- Order tracking and logistics

- ERP/CRM tools

You're going to work directly with the CTO and CDO of Zuru Tech Italy.

**Responsibilities

- You will help to develop, execute the product roadmap and align it to strategic goals.

- You'll run collaborative user research studies to find user experience touch points and identify core use cases

- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

- Helps maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.

- Helps define the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize user stories to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

- Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, UX Designers and engineering.

- Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Management or Economics or Communication Science.

- Strong proficiency on Online Architecture Services and Web Services, feel an irresistible urge to improve the tools and workflow of customers and architects with innovative ideas and project-work.

- Proficient with vector graphical and photo editing softwares.

- Customer first, design-thinking mind set.

- Comprehend complex systems at a blink and always have a "great idea".

- Passion for User Experience and software design

- Passion for technology and/or the world of Constructions.

- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

- Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator.

- Outstanding English - C1 level

**WE OFFER**: employment agreement and level commensurate with the matured experience, combined with an individual career plan.

**SALARY RANGE**:depending on your skills and seniorship, from EUR 30k to 40k gross per year
