Key Responsibilities**:

- Management and prioritization of the backlog of activities

- Management of Agile ceremonies

- Management of outsourcers and internal counterparties involved on activities

- Sprints planning

- Active contribution in facilitating the way of working by ensuring the delivery of Tribe priorities

- Collaboration with chapter leads and Tribe lead in managing the dedicated budget

- Point of reference in managing tribe change requests by preparing analysis, documents and presentations

- Tribe SPOC for PI management

- Maintains close and profitable relations with all areas of the Bank involved

- Relates and maintains relations with insurance companies providing insurance products, distributed by the Bank

- Monitor and optimize product processes in collaboration with Operations

- Helps to translate business requirements into IT requirements, providing all the necessary information for the analysis and development phases facilitating the reduction of the risk of misunderstandings

- Guarantees the Definition of Ready for Sprint in terms of dependencies and IT risks

- Create/update the Backlog by transforming the view into detailed requirements/benefits

- Manage risks and problems as part of the "definition of done"

- Builds and maintains an effective relationship with other Product Owners, the business and the internal areas involved.

Proactively promotes communication between Stakeholders.

- Oversees the day-to-day tasks of managing project priorities and troubleshooting.

Coordinates the work flow of scheduled activities.

**Competencies**:

- Degree preferably in economics

- Minimum of 7 years of work experience

- Experience in retail protection insurance services and products, both non life and life (Lifestyle Protection policies, pure risk, without financial component)

- Concrete ability to achieve results, working in a cross-functional environment

- Ability to manage complex projects.

- Knowledge of Office tools

- Analytical skills and experience in monitoring performance

- English fluent
