We are looking for a brilliantProduct Ownerto join ourrailway software team in Rome, witha permanent contract, Siemens MobilitySpA.

In this role, you'llhave the opportunity todrive the delivery of advanced railway optimization software, playing a pivotal part in thedigital transformation of the railway industry. Your Challenge

As a Product Owner, your mission will be to manage the development of the Algorithm team's products by refining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and team capabilities.

Your mainactiviteswill be to: 

Update and prioritize theproduct backlogbased on feedback, and lead sprint planning sessions to ensure the team understands priorities and technical details.

Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, address technical challenges, andtranslate high-level product requirementsinto detailed user storiesand acceptance criteria.

Act as a bridgebetween development, QualityAssurance, ProductLifecycleManagementand collaborators tofacilitatesmooth workflow and information exchange.

Monitor development progress, adjust backlog priorities as needed, and work with theQuality Assuranceteam to ensure features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.

Facilitate retrospectives andcontribute to the continuous improvementof Agile processes within the team.

Your Profile

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar roles within software development, witha solidexperience in Agile methodologies.

Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related technical fields or equivalent, specialized industry knowledge is a plus.

Technical understanding of software development lifecycle.

Passion to never-stop growing

Proficiencyin English and Italian
