The Global Transport Center of Excellence (TCoE) is organized in Domains, Commons and Products.

All TCoE Products form part of a Domain.

Global Products support the vision of Global Transport or LLP serving multiple regions across the globe.

As the Product Owner - Transport Data Analytics you will be accountable for ideation, creation and implementation of Data and Analytics products where you will gain a deep understanding of business requirements, identify opportunities and close gaps, improve customer experience and drive growth and bottom-line improvements.

You will work closely with Transport Business in the regions to identify use cases where Data Analytics/Science will provide insights to a more efficient and effective way to run our business.

As the product Owner you will act as the "Voice of the Customer".

The key responsibilities in this role include:

- Develop and maintain with Stakeholders use cases for Data Analytics/Science for Transport, product vision and roadmap, prioritize features, identify dependencies with a focus on business outcomes.

- Develop Product proposals and supports the development of BCAs

- Work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern DevOps/Agile team, including close interaction with the AI, Data & Analytics Center of Excellence.

- Assess needs and size of the opportunity before proceeding any further on the product development process

- Be the point of escalation for all Product aspects for the business and IT

- Manage risks, develop mitigation plans and path to green throughout the life of the request.

- Works with Stakeholders and DevOps Team to assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those features with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

- Support the Domain Owner to design Data based strategy

- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization

Now here's what we need from you;

- Previous working experience as a Product Owner

- Extensive knowledge in transportation industry requirements

- Extensive knowledge of the Transport products and business processes

- Strong Stakeholder experience with the ability to influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties

- Excellent communication skills

- IT Product Management experience

- Experience in delivering complex projects in a matrix organisation across geographical boundaries

- Proven experience in product management throughout the full cycle

- 2+ years as a Scrum Master (desired)
