We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Agordo Operations Head-Quarters, where the history of our Company got started.

As Product Planning specialist, you will experience what it's like to work for the Group Product Planning Team in a Global and fast-paced environment like Luxottica's Product Development function.

In this role you would be in charge of the Product Planning activities of NTI timing area (NTI = New technology Introduction), for the Luxottica projects and for the development of the new common projects Essilor Luxottica in R&D as well.

You will be also the reference person for the timing area for the external geographies as FHR, BRA, JAP both for NTI development and NPI development (NPI = New Product Introduction).

Here some responsibilities that you will have:

- Management of the NTI projects portfolio with main focus on stage&gate and introduction of a new project in a specific brand-collection-release for the product development

- New developments of the tracker system with also the Innovation processes info.

filled in and reporting

- Management and evolution of the PPM R&D tool of project management together with R&D and Product financial & control team in order to develop portfolio view and mirroring with the actual tool of Essilor (Atlas)

- Management of the Timing planning activities (definition and controlling) for the external geographies (FHR, BRA, JAP)

- Project management for new activities and projects cross stage&gate for NTI and NPI

- You have at least 5 year experience in Product Planning within structured Product driven Companies at multinational level

- You have a strong Project Management approach

- You have advanced computer skills relating Office package (Excel, Access), Business Objects and other reporting tools, SAP is a Plus

- You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change

- You can proactively organize your time and activities to get things done

- You have strong facilitation and communication skills

- You have English professional knowledge

- You are available to relocation and business trips either in Italy or abroad
