The **Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP)** is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program.

We are looking for a Product Portfolio Owner to join our Marketing department, supporting the team in market analysis and strategic product decisions.

You will be fully trained and guided in this role.

The position is based in Fiorano Modenese (MO), Italy.

**What you need to be successful

- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Marketing;

- Less than 18 months of professional experience;

- A previous experience in a similar position is appreciated;

- Analytical skills, innovation focus, curiosity about innovative solutions;

- Great communicative skills;

- Fluency in English (B2/C1).

The knowledge of the Spanish language will be appreciated;

- Willingness to trip around 10%.
