Your role:

Work proactively with the project team of Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management and HCS (Healthcare Consulting Solutions) to identify business prospects and opportunities, proposing specific solutions for the customer.

Manage the analysis of workflows in clinical laboratories, develop projects using VSM (Value Selling Methodology) and design new layouts using the best technical drawing tools (CAD/Visio and 3D layout).

Make the best use of the technology of the product portfolio to present innovative solutions and projects (Automation, AI, Digital IT, Business Intelligence and Robotics).

Create networks with laboratory managers and industry reference KOLs

Produce a detailed report on the progress of projects based on the frequency agreed with the different company functions involved.

Contribute to the preparation of tenders and the formulation of offers.

Your expertise:

Previous experience in similar roles would be preferred or 2/3 years experience working as biologist in public or private laboratories.

Experience in workflow analysis and simulation, layout (CAD, Visio, 3D modeling)

Strong experience with software skills (MS Office tools) and primary IT concept

Strong presentation skills to present workflow analyzes and projects creatively.

Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.

The ideal candidate should be available to travel in the assigned territory and to support other territories if necessary.  

We would prefer candidates based in Lazio area.
