As a Product Sales Manager you focus on customer's needs.

You drive the business in close co-operation with our Product and Sales professionals.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Stock preparation and Recycled Fibre Technical sales with focus on refiners and screen performance parts

- Solving client´s problems related to equipment installation and processes

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and meeting their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- University degree or high school diploma in chemical or mechanical engineering

- 2-to-5-year experience in a mill environment or technical sales role, preferably, but not essential, working in Stock prep area

- Process engineer experience, emphasis on Pulping, deflaking, refining and screening

- Ability to convert customer needs, concerns, and opportunities into sales

- Good interactive skills building relationships with customers (both internal and external)

- Relationship skills in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment

- Effective written and oral communication skills in English

- Presentation, negotiation and analytical skills

- Willingness and ability to travel
