What You'll Be Doing

As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be an expert in all Hematology product lines and the first point of contact for customers and the Sales Force on technical matters.

In partnership with sales agents or autonomously, you will promote actions in the field with the goal of accomplishing Technical Sales of reagents, instruments, and automation systems for our Hematology and Urine product lines.

Candidates must have advanced Hematology knowledge, which will be assessed through a specific interview with a specialist.

Your main responsibilities include:

Sales support for deep technical/scientific topics for Hematology to help customers and overcome their objections. Supporting profitable sales growth in the local market for the assigned customers. Performing demonstrations of Beckman's instrumentation/reagents in the field and/or at BEC site (only on Stand-Alone Instruments), promoting continuous knowledge growth about our systems. Planning and executing customer meetings to discuss complex technical matters to create and finalize tender solutions. Building strong relationships with customers to become their trusted consultant. Conducting customer follow-up visits to verify the general status of installed instrumentation and enforce customer trust and loyalty. Ensuring the commercial effectiveness of customer visits by sharing all relevant information collected with Sales & Service Force. Establishing Sales Force's product knowledge gaps for each region and solving them. Cooperating in data collection on competitors and market needs to improve market positioning and penetration. Being the point of contact for analytics matters in partnership with the Customer Care department. Running Business Reviews. What Skills & Experience You'll Bring To Us

A university degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or similar with previous experience in an Application/Product Specialist role OR as a Researcher/Lab Technician/Volunteer in a University Hospital laboratory. Sound knowledge of Hematology; previous working experience in this domain is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. Problem solver, customer-centric, goal-oriented, and proactive, with an enterprising spirit. Availability to travel up to 80/90% of the time. Join our winning team today.
