We are currently looking for:
**Product Specialist
As an Intern at Arrow, you will be designated to a specific partner and you will be supporting internal colleagues from sales team who are meeting clients in the field.
You will provide support with offers and quotations preparations.
Day contact with existing client regarding order processes which include upscale discussion.
And you will keep in touch with customers who had not bought in a long time.
You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge and experience in IT and you are passionate about new technologies.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Handle incoming customer requests by generating and distributing quotations to our business partners.
- Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with product managers and customers.
- Assist with customer technical queries, directly or with the support of technical consultants.
- Learn constantly by attending various IT training.
**WHO YOU ARE?
- You are fluent in Italian and good in English.
- You communicate clearly.
You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
- You like helping people.
- You pay attention to the details.
- You like learning new things and you learn quickly.
- You are motivated and driven.
