JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Specialist is responsible for the execution of sales support for a named product or product family in the country.

This role is accountable for training and sales skill development among PSS direct and indirect salesforce for PSS devices and solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Other duties may be assigned:

- Listens to clients instances, engages other parties to resolve problems in a thorough & timely manner; arranges / ensures appropriate follow-up.

- Prepares and/or delivers major presentations/demos on PSS Care Solutions products.

Audience includes Medsurg and ICU doctors & nurses, IT and biomedical engineers.

- Supports the organization of events (IE.

Congresses, workshops, scientific sessions).

- Attends conferences to fully understand current and emerging end-user requirements and develops relationships & contacts with thought leaders & decision-makers in the end-user community.

Also attends distributor sales meetings & trade shows applicable to the market.

Develops customer relationships.

- Creates and maintains required technical documentation per standard operating procedures to support sales, tender office.

Timely updates technical records.

- Supports marketing manager in market analysis and collecting relevant market informations on price, products and competitor's behaviours.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT /clinical engineer, marketing, business or related field required

- +3 years' experience in similar medical device industry

- Some experience in IT process management and administration/in leading hospital stakeholder meetings with Nursing, IT, Biomedical Engineers, Administration, etc.
