**Job Description**:
In this role, you will report directly** **to our Head of Operations & Business Development.
You will be supporting your manager, **ensuring that Ancelia's users see a solid return on investment and are continuously engaged across the development and release of new product features**.
You will ensure that the **R&D team is sourced and updated** with the latest and most pressing customer needs.
**What you will do

On-boarding of new customers through task on-site (coordinate the project stakeholders, training, shadowing, etc) and remotely (project check, customer requests, etc);**:

Coordinate cross-functional communication and processes to guide customers through their journey;**:

Ensure customer satisfaction collecting and managing their requests through the different key users and stakeholders (carers, nurses, managers, );**:

Oversee the management of the supply chain order to reduce production cost and inefficiencies;**:

Monitor and report customer's feedback, supporting the after-sales and the R&D teams.
**Qualifications**:
-
BSc/MSc in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent;**:
-
1/2+ years' experience in a relevant role;**:
-
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and work planning tools;**:

High creativity and initiative when it comes to looking for information across different sources;**:

Being a natural born communicator, with superb organizational skills and attention to detail;**:

Fluency in verbal and written Italian.

Big Plus
- Previous experience in social care/healthcare;
- Test-field examples of you being proactive in your previous experience/s;
- Written and spoken proficiency in one or more of these languages: English, French, Spanish, German.
