To accomplish this, you will have to:

- Become the technical expert for vacuum products.

This requires solid technical knowledge to understand the working principles, features and benefits of the product portfolio to deliver support to VPD organization and customers

- Resolve customer issues and provide consultation on use of Agilent's products

- Provide remote troubleshooting

- Serve as next level of support, using in-depth technical knowledge and product expertise, for solving issues arising from service, technical support, and field organization

- Interact directly with customers or provide deep support internally to sales or customer call center personnel

- Be responsible for writing product/process user documentation.

May develop and deliver technical training to the Agilent technical support teams

- Occasionally will deliver product training to customers (e. g.

webinars, onsite )

- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on value engineering and continuous improvement activities

- Maintain close alignment with sales partners, management, R&D and product marketing to communicate customer feedback

**Required Qualifications**:

- Vacuum market knowledge and technical experience in the vacuum field

- Strong organizational skills demonstrating the ability to deliver to commitments

- Ability to work in a team

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to prioritize based on alignment with business goals and strategic drivers

- Demonstrated analytical & strategic thinking skill

**Desired qualifications**:

- Field related experience in vacuum market 3/5 years

- Bachelor or PhD: Engineering, Physics, Economics
