An exciting opportunity, due to continued growth, is now available within our ambitious Patient Monitoring & Life Support Marketing function (Anesthesia /Ventilator) based in Rome.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Product Specialist to demonstrate their clinical expertise from Operating room. You will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being instrumental in driving successful technical training and expertise thus generating business growth across the Italian market.

Your responsibilities:

- After training, acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray OR solution

- Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations, installations, and post-sales clinical support

- To our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our products

- Offering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting

- Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use

- Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth

- Being part of the tender process, you will be responsible for preparing the technical documents

- Participating in major marketing events (conferences, congresses, workshops etc. )

- Work with the Sales / Service Engineer within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring & Life Support devices.

- Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood

- Working with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectations

- Keep clinical, technical, IT and market knowledge up to date in OR environment

- Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations

- Manage and maintain timely training records

What are we looking for in you:

- A proven clinical expert with a background in Anesthesiology (clinical as well as technological background is required)

- Critically you will have a high clinical knowledge and experience of a biomedical environment (minimum 2 years)

- Proven KOL relationships are essential

- Demonstrate experience of working autonomously

- Capability of working in team to achieve shared objectives

- Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous

- Fluent in Italian and English – both written and spoken

- Ability to work in the country for which you are applying without the requirement of company sponsorship

- Ambitious and looking to drive your career forward at pace

- Showcase previous project organization skills

- Strong analytical and planning skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- The ability to travel up to 70% of the time is required.
