Product Specialist Clinical Chemistry
For our Clinical Chemistry Strategic Business Unit, based in Milan (Italy), we are looking for a:
**Product Specialist Clinical Chemistry**:
The Product Specialist plays a key role in supporting the design of new solutions for Clinical Chemistry SBU and in making those solutions become successful.
The Product Specialist focuses on product support, taking part into the journey to create a new product, from the definition of requirements, to validation before market release, to support during launch phase and life cycle.
The Product Specialist puts his/her expertise in supporting local organizations with their Sales and Marketing activities, promoting Clinical Chemistry and Pharma-Toxicology products and maintaining focus on the product line.
**His/her main accountabilities are**:
Supports Sales Organizations to identify the most appropriate solution to satisfy Customers hidden needs
Provides Affiliates and Dealers with Application and User support, both remotely and on-site
Supports Dealers and Affiliates' promotional activities on Clinical Chemistry Products, including product launch, demo to prospect customers etc.
to improve penetration on the market and keep their commitment towards Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology product line.
Produces and maintains different materials to support sales efforts, working with Product Manager (e. g.
: website, advertising materials, manuals, competitor analysis, sales presentations and marketing presentations)
Supports Product Manager with life cycle management for existing products.
Collects requirements from all stakeholders and from the market for the development of new products and improvement of existing ones.
Manages Verification and Validation activities for new products and software both internally and at customers' site.
Supports Dealers and Affiliates with investigation activities to solve issues coming from end users, when needed.
Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Engineering or related discipline (e. g. , Biology, Biochemistry, Lab Technicians, Biomedical Engineering);
At least 2-year experience in Sales or Marketing position within an IVD company working in an international context;
Knowledge of technology for Clinical Chemistry tests (colorimetric, immunological, immuno-enzymatic, ISE);
Knowledge of the operating principles of diagnostic instrumentation for Clinical Chemistry and Pharmatoxicology;
Knowledge of Toxicology products would be a plus;
Knowledge of good laboratory practices;
An experience in a laboratory context, also during academic studies, will be a plus;
Fluent knowledge of English.

Travels are required up to 50% of working time.
