We work with clients accompanying them throughout the production process, supporting them by facilitating their getting to know the technologies and the opportunities of Additive Manufacturing.

We have been working with customers from industries such as Automotive and Motorsports, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial Machinery, Medical Devices, Design and Architecture.

We offer our clients a broad range of solutions: from design and concept development, engineering components for AM production, manufacturing prototypes and pre-series with no limit in scale, line production of finished parts, as well as support in internalizing 3D printing technologies, 3D printing training and workshops and more.

**Main activities

- Understand the design needs of internal and external stakeholders

- Organize the launching of projects with stakeholders and generate ideas and proposals consistent with the requirements

- Provide support to Business Developers and Project Managers, in the tender phase, through feasibility studies and analysis of external and internal costs, interact directly with stakeholders, external suppliers and internal business resources

- Plan project completion time by:

- Design and engineering

- Internal and external production

- Internal post-production/ External treatment

- Packaging and logistics

- Design products in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders, according to AM and RLSAM technology, through specific software

- Illustrate project progress to stakeholders through PowerPoint presentations, PDFs or directly from 3D software

- Understand the feedback received from stakeholders during alignments and make the necessary changes when necessary

- During production and post-production, interface directly with interested parties by providing information or technical specifications related to the project

- At the end of the project, include positive and critical aspects of the newly developed project flow to make improvements to similar and not similar future cases

**Operational Skills Required

- Academic background in Mechanics Engineering or similar experience

- Excellent knowledge of CAD tools for solid/parametric modelling in particular Catia, Fusion360

- Knowledge of AM manufacturing processes

- Good knowledge of the English

- Experience in Microsoft Office 365
