- **Your responsibilities will include**:

- Investigate customers' needs, define technical & usage requirements and cooperate with all relevant functions (R&D, quality, supply, brand etc) to successfully bring to market the envisaged products/services.

- Manage existing product/service portfolio according to market trends, legislation drivers, customer needs & competitors' activities.

- Work with national and regional marketing teams to increase awareness, build up local competencies and create the necessary go to market material.

- Facilitate the creation of business partnerships based on data exchange and/or local integration.

- Develop a deep understanding of the technical solutions available -i. e API or smart home/local protocols (namely Zigbee, CHIP, KNX, Modbus, OpenTherm, etc) to monitor market trends and set the market requirements necessary to keep up with smart home evolution.

**Desired skills & experience**:

- Master's Degree in Management or Energy Engineering and with a strong interest in smart |digital home management

- Knowledge of space heating controls, API and local protocols is considered a plus

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent English
