We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Specialist to join Norgine in Italy.

The Product Specialist (PS) Norgine Italy is responsible for the scientific information relating to the products Norgine Italy at the target assigned to health care practitioners in the area of competence.

Works in his territory, having relationships with Physicians, all Colleagues of the Team and the Company, in particular with DM and RAM to share information and projects and to achieve the objectives.

It's main tasks are:

- _Operate following the marketing strategies and in accordance with the ethical principles of conduct of Norgine Italy (Norgine Business Code), procedures Company, with current regulations on information medical science and the Code of Ethics Farmindustria. _

- _Maintain a high level of professionalism and a good knowledge of the therapeutic areas of his territory, of products, clinical studies, competitors and marketing materials_

- _Use, during the interview, communication techniques, taking care to properly all stages foreseen. _

- _Manage his file on time, ensuring coverage of the target and an adequate frequency. _

- _Maintain a proactive stance, proposing to his District Manager useful initiatives to increase knowledge of Norgine products in his area of expertise. _

- _Working with approach accounts plan both independently and in collaboration with his District Manager_

- _Develop actions congruent with the analysis of statistical data provided in order to optimize the promotional activity, maintaining contacts with wholesalers, pharmacists and hospital customers_

- Vi_sit regularly the target assigned, according to the Business Planning_

- _Observe and follow the consistency and quality of the promotional message, using the tools provided by the Company for the science communication at the assigned target_

- Perform monthly analysis on activities in his area and schedule, as a result, subsequent task

- Schedule weekly visits, planning the days according to the territory allocated to the information and Company.

- _Partecipate proactively and with an high level of attention to trainings organized by Norgine, in particular to scientific update trainings (basic and advanced). _

**Requirements**:

- The PS Norgine must be in possession of the degree requirements in accordance with Article 122 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 219/2006 and / or experience in a similar role gained from before 1992

- Preparation of scientific, professional and organizational skills / management.

- In-depth knowledge of computer systems.

- Ability to put into practice the techniques and communication behavior learned during the training courses.

- Enthusiasm, responsibility, flexibility and motivation to work.

- Ability to work in teams.

- Ability to develop and manage accounts plans

- Assertiveness.

- Proactive attitude towards the company and colleagues

- Good English language skills

- Place of residence: Genova

- Driving licence

- 5 years of experience in the Product Specialist role
