We are looking for a Product Specialist to support the growth and success of our neurovascular portfolio in Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia, and Sicilia.

About The Role

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting sales, providing technical expertise, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and promoting Stryker's Neurovascular portfolio in your assigned territoryBuilding strong relationships with physicians, surgical teams, and hospital staffProviding product training, angio suite support, and technical guidance to healthcare professionalsIdentifying new sales opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accountsOrganizing and participating in workshops, educational events, and congressesMonitoring market trends, sales performance, and competitor activitiesEnsuring effective logistics and distribution of neurovascular productsCollaborating with internal teams to implement marketing and sales strategiesWhat We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum 4 years in a sales or product specialist role, preferably in medical devices or healthcareEducation: University degree or equivalent experienceSkills: Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilitiesIndependence: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage a regional territoryCommitment to Excellence: Passion for delivering high-quality service and improving patient careLocation: Any major city in Calabria, Basilicata, or Puglia

Employment Type: Full-time

Field-Based Role: 80% travel within the territory

Operating Room Presence: 60% of time spent supporting procedures
