The qualified professional we seek is a Product Specialist with these qualifications. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related jobRelevant experience in oncology areaRigorous Planning & ExecutionAbility to work in matrix organizationKnowledge in local Value and Access themesBasic knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment (not for specialist Sales Reps)Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)Fluency in English, both in oral and written communicationPreferred RequirementsKnowledge of Customer Relation Management principlesExperience in Oncology therapeutic AreaExperience in costumer engagement and multichannelExposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levelsExposure to project management principlesLocated in Campania (preferred in Napoli)THRIVESome of the vast rewards of working hereAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, so we work to care for our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being.
