YOUR PROFILE

- You have successfully worked in the sales of pharmaceutical or medical device products and have medical or scientific university education (Chemistry, Biology, etc.

);

- You have a track record of success in your prior jobs.

- You have a strong sense of commitment and drive, and you have an aptitude for selling.

- You are excellent at persuading people to buy ConvaTec products through both your persuasive and energetic manner as well as your scientific consulting knowledge.

- You possess the ability to build strong, long-lasting connections with customers and are motivated by success.

- You are conversant with current sales strategies.

- You have a solid command of how to use MS-Office, the Internet, and the CRM system.

You reside in one of Abruzzo's major provinces.

You will work in the following area: Abruzzo and Molise

YOUR TASKS

You are in charge of the "ostomy care" product sales in the ConvaTec region.

You consistently grow the market share of ConvaTec in the region.

You provide guidance to the clients (nurse and stoma nurse) on all technical issues pertaining to the management and treatment of stomas.

You oversee the major accounts for regional potential clinical and non-clinical clients.

You organize customer events and trainings.

You effectively schedule visits to your current clientele and find new ones.

You maintain a close watch on the local market conditions and conduct independent studies of both market development and other important performance metrics.
