Job SummaryJob Responsibilities Product Expertise Understand product specifications and their positioning in the market Understand pathologies, therapeutic fields and medical procedures related to the product portfolio (stents, guide wires, balloons, . . . ) Sales & Technical Support Assist the Sales & Marketing team in the overall preparation of the annual business plan and more specifically in the preparation and administration of tenders Assist HCP's in the appropriate use of the product portfolio, collect and communicate feedback from the market Make sure dealers, distributors and agents (+- 70% of sales) knowledge and training capabilities on the product portfolio remain up to date Analyse competitor products to determine Terumo Product Portfolio USP's Follow-up of product quality related complaints Training of internal and external stakeholders Give insightful product training courses to both internal and external stakeholders such as sales colleagues, distributors, agents, HCP's, . . .

Attend congresses outside usual working hours Profile Description By preference you have a degree in a related field, preferably Biomedical Engineering or similar through experience Stellar technical product understanding,  sales knowledge are a plus Ability to understand scientific and clinical study documentation Charismatic communication skills and the ability to engage customers Trust instilling towards direct and indirect customers Professional fluency in English and Italian Willingness and flexibility to travel 2 to 3 days a week Ideally located in Northern Italy OfferWorking for Terumo means contributing to society through healthcare.
