Your responsibilities:After training, acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray PMLS solutionLiaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical evaluations, installations, and post-sales clinical supportTo our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our productsOffering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical settingWorking with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate useIdentify and communicate internally opportunities for business growthBeing part of the tender process, you will be responsible for preparing the technical documentsParticipating in major marketing events (conferences, congresses, workshops, etc.

)Work with the Sales / Service Engineer within the area to generate profitable sales of Mindray Patient Monitoring & Life Support devices. Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understoodWorking with multiple stakeholders to effectively plan and execute projects on time and to customer expectationsKeep clinical, technical, IT and market knowledge up to date in PMLS environmentContributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks, and training presentationsManage and maintain timely training recordsWhat are we looking for in you:A proven clinical expert with a background in Patient Monitoring / Defibrillators is preferredThe candidates just after biomedical engineering studies are very welcome to applyOpenness to work on a 1-year contractAbility to work autonomouslyCapability of working in a team to achieve shared objectivesFluent in Italian and English – both written and spokenAbility to work in the country for which you are applying without the requirement of company sponsorshipAmbitious and looking to drive your career forward at paceShowcase previous project organization skillsStrong analytical and planning skills.
