Operating from our London HQ and US studio in New Jersey as well as Italian centres for excellences, our team includes Studio Coordinators, Product Library, Styling, Size and Fit, Photography, Video, Retouch, Product Editorial and Translations teams, with many working across a combination of all Group's websites each week.

Studio Production are now seeking a talented Product Stylist to join the team.

Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Landriano, Pavia, Lombardy

Reporting into: Deputy Product Styling Editor

A portfolio of previous works is highly appreciated.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Style pin board shots that accurately depict clothing and style lifestyle pieces across both NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER

- Be competent in all on-set standards and product styling techniques.

- Be capable of product styling across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER.

- Attend workshops and team meetings to maintain quality of images and site.

- Be flexible to the daily schedule to meet deadlines.

- Learn to use company systems to assist with job role.

- Work as part of a studio team to meet deadlines and ensuring great communication.

- Resolve minor issues and escalating more complex issues to Team Leader.

- Communicate relevant information clearly and concisely across the team and rest of studio production.

- Be capable of revising and implementing processes within area of responsibility to improve site.

- Be able to identify and suggest potential reshoots across the business.

- Ensure sample stock is not damaged during styling/shooting process.

- Develop strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands, trends and NET-A-PORTER & MR PORTER editorial.

- Maintain a good balance of targets and creative flair.

The type of person we are looking for:

- Previous product styling experience in an e-commerce environment.

- The ability to produce off figure (pin board) styling at a high volume.

- An eye for visual composition and proportion.

- A good knowledge of designers and brands.

- A passion for fashion demonstrated through an understanding of runway looks and seasonal trends.

- Flair and individuality combined with awareness of the style across our brand.

- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and exceptional eye for detail.

- Pro-active attitude and ability to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the image quality of the site.

- Fluency in English and Italian language
