RPS ECA (Europe and Central Asia) is a part of the SERVICE organisation in SIDEL, it's a great opportunity to work close either to the product and to the customers.

The main activities are related to support the service but also the new equipment.

This opportunity is related to labelling machines, in SIDEL old e new portfolio, the correct profile requires automation and mechanical knowledge on labelling platform.

**Your Mission**:

The Labelling automaiton Product Support expert is part of the regional product support team for ECA (Europe & Central Asia) within the Sidel Service organization.

The job takes place mainly in the office but also with missions at customer site.

Main activities are:

- secure the operational follow up & technical support (mainly in automation but also in mechanical side) of all labeller products related to the labelling platform, through the whole life of the machine.

- secure the preparation and the distribution of the appropriate documentation concerning the troubleshooting of automation/mechanical issues

on labelling equipments

**Your Profile**:

- Master or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent

- English spoken and written

- At least 3 years of technical assistance, field experience or engineering in packaging equipments (automation/mechanical side)

- Knowledge of filling product and process is a plus

- Electrical/Mechanical fundaments (safety equipments, sensors, motion, servo drivers, inverters )

- Knowledge of PLC platform (Siemens S7 SCL-Graph-Awl, Siemens TIA Portal, B&R, Rockwell Automation)

- Knowledge of HMI (ZenOn - Copa Data) and Motion platforms (Danfoss, Elau-Schneider, B&R)
