Product Support Manager

As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components.

We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world.

Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.

**What will you do in Arrow?

- Handle incoming requests from the Sales Team and supporting by generating and distributing quotations.

- Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with Sales Teams and Suppliers.

- Support, communicate and work towards the objectives and objectives of the department, branch and company

- Interface Asset , Marketing tech and Finance team

- Learn constantly by attending various trainings.

**What are we looking for?

- Experience is preferred in product marketing, purchasing, sales, or customer service

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Good language skills in English, spoken, written

- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Goal-oriented person

- Able to prioritize work

- Team player
